We are seeking a reliable Concrete Finishing Labourer to join our team at RED LEAF CONCRETE INC. The successful candidate will work outdoors and indoors, assisting in the loading and transportation of construction materials, as well as mixing and pouring concrete and asphalt. The ideal candidate will have good physical stamina and be able to work in hot, noisy, and dusty environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks in hot, noisy, and dusty environments
