Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at 757 4479 Canada Inc. as a key member of our outdoor spaces management team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our grounds maintenance team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards and that our outdoor spaces are always looking their best.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and schedule staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities, including lawn care, pruning, and planting
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to team members
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure productivity and quality
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy equipment
