Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at 757 4479 Canada Inc. as a key member of our grounds maintenance team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our landscaping team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and that our outdoor spaces are maintained to the highest level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and schedule a team of grounds maintenance staff
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities, including lawn care, horticulture, and gardening
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Manage and maintain a fleet of equipment, including forklifts, pick-up trucks, tractors, and tractor mowers
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • College/CEGEP diploma in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field
  • Valid driver's licence and ability to operate a vehicle
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
