Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Indish Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 16-20 staff members, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including managing inventory, balancing cash, and enforcing health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, working closely with the marketing team to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, ensuring that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Access, and MS Excel
