Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our food service team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos in Maple Ridge.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing staff, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of work experience in a similar position.

You should be fluent in English, able to work 30 to 40 hours per week, and have knowledge of culinary genres.

Your Responsibilities
  • Establish Methods and Schedules

Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring timely delivery of meals and excellent customer satisfaction.

Supervise Food Service Staff

Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and supervise the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.

Budgeting and Reporting

Prepare budgets and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.

Customer Satisfaction

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a permanent full-time position, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
