Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Supervisor to join our team at WIS International. As an Inventory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery, and resolve work problems as they arise.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange for training for staff as needed.
  • Monitor safety conditions and conduct or supervise operational programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent education.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
