Portfolio Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Operations Analyst to join our Institutional Portfolio Operations team at CC&L Financial Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing accurate investment portfolio data to our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Reconcile various items, including cash, transactions, holdings, futures, and derivative products, to ensure accuracy and completeness of portfolio data.
- Communicate with custodians, prime brokers, portfolio managers, and key personnel to investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
- Oversee the flow of sensitive information for all CC&L affiliates and communicate critical portfolio information as needed.
- Assist auditors in providing accurate and timely data for audits of our institutional client accounts.
- Communicate with custodians and prime brokers to set up daily delivery of external files for reconciliation purposes and resolve data-related issues.
- Participate in operational projects focusing on automation, efficiency, and scalability of IPO's services.
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an institutional investment firm, bank, or trust company focusing on investment operations and reconciliations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
