We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at White Spot #601. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. This includes preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, as well as special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. You will be expected to inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, and order supplies and equipment.

In addition to your culinary skills, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and stand for extended periods. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and cleaning kitchen and work areas.
