We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Contact Centre Team as a Bilingual Contact Centre Representative. As the voice of TD, you'll be passionate about understanding our customers and delivering legendary customer service experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Assist in-bound customers with account inquiries, resolve issues by recommending TD products or services, and provide personalized support to customers.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve customer inquiries at the first point of contact by asking questions and responding with empathy to their concerns.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently reach performance objectives, including customer experience survey results, advice and quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and coaching support to help you continue to grow and develop in your role.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Language: Bilingual: French & English.
- Skills: Exceptional listening skills, ability to multitask, digital literacy, flexibility, resiliency, and a positive attitude.
- Experience: Preference given to those with experience in financial or service industries.
