Senior Vice President, Regulatory Affairs

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Vice President, Regulatory to join our team at Women in Payments. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our financial services strategy, focusing on operational excellence, revenue growth, and product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual and longer-term strategic initiatives for the financial services business.
- Drive continuous innovation and market expansion through the development of a robust pipeline of growth strategies for current and emerging revenue streams.
- Collaborate with regulatory experts to ensure payment innovation aligns with industry standards while pushing boundaries to drive aggressive growth.
- Serve as a senior leader at Women in Payments, fostering collaboration across all levels of the organization to drive company growth, inspire employees, exceed customer expectations, and generate value.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated executive leadership/general manager experience within a high-growth SaaS company, with a proven track record of delivering results and effective P&L management within a matrixed environment.
- Significant experience in B2B payments and financial services with a thorough understanding of integrated payments within a vertical SaaS context.
- Proven ability to drive product strategy and management, including securing strategic partnerships and/or acquisitions to enhance client value propositions.
- Data-driven mindset and highly analytical with the desire and ability to dig into metrics to derive insights and drive decisions.
- Ability to attract and recruit top talent, motivate teams, delegate effectively, celebrate diversity, and manage performance, known for developing others.

- Flexible time off policy, with an encouraged 20 days off per year.
Salary Range: $203,000 to $377,000 CAD. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency. This role is eligible for variable pay that is based on company performance, with actual payout amounts calculated and paid on a quarterly basis.
