Job Title: Vice-Provost & Associate Vice-President, Students

Leaders International is seeking a visionary leader to fill the role of Vice-Provost & Associate Vice-President, Students. This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior administrator to lead a team of professionals in delivering student services and enhancing the student experience at Simon Fraser University.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and management of student services and related programs.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance student engagement and success.
  • Collaborate with academic faculties and other support units to ensure a cohesive and student-centered approach to education.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, and community partners.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of the university's strategic enrollment management agenda.
Requirements:
  • Doctorate degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of leadership and administrative experience in student services or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of student affairs, services, and accessibility.
  • Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, and Truth and Reconciliation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
