We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Specialist to join our team at Contech Construction LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a crucial role in bringing residential projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
- Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various establishments
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
