As a Civil Engineer / Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, design, execution, and completion of projects for clients. The company has a strong commitment to high quality, optimized and cost-effective delivery of Civil Engineering projects, ensuring safety, compliance, and overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the planning, design, and execution of projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  2. Provide technical expertise, guidance, training, and mentorship to the team.
  3. Act as the Project Manager on single discipline projects, coordinating with Gerrits Project Management Division on multidisciplinary projects.
  4. Write proposals, project abstracts, and technical reports.
  5. Uphold company values to ensure strong relationships with clients and contribute to the company's growth and success.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. P.Eng Designation in good standing with the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO).
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an Engineering role.
  3. A background in Contract Administration is preferred but not required.
  4. Understanding of building services systems, construction processes, and land development.
  5. Experience within the construction industry and collaborating with municipal agencies.
  6. Expert knowledge of relevant codes and industry legislation.
