Your Work Environment at EXP
You will be a key member of our land development team, working closely with our Director, Land Development. Our dynamic team environment is fast-paced and growth-oriented, ideal for individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality projects on time.
What a Day at EXP Has in Store for You
- Manage projects across southern Ontario, overseeing the successful delivery of medium to large-scale land and site development projects.
- Control project scope, budget, and schedule for development projects, collaborating with various EXP disciplines to deliver full-service solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and regulatory agencies, ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Lead project teams, leveraging your expertise in business development and project delivery to drive results.
What Your Experience Looks Like
- Relevant degree or diploma in engineering, with a strong background in civil engineering.
- Licensed to practice in Ontario, with over 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated success in business development and project delivery, with experience in various project delivery methods.
- Knowledge of land development requirements and approvals, with proficiency in preparing contract documents and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
