Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Kamloops Kia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading daily operations, evaluating performance, and planning for future growth.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure effective use of resources.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
