The Pharmacy Clerk plays a vital role in supporting the pharmacy team by handling administrative tasks, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing and processing prescription orders and over-the-counter medications.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist in ordering and restocking products.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by answering questions and directing inquiries to pharmacists as needed.
  • Handle cash register transactions and process payments efficiently.
  • Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, organized, and adheres to safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in pharmacy practices is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
  • Basic knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication is necessary.
