Apprentice Technician 3rd

As an Automotive Service Technician 3rd Year Apprentice at Crosstown Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram, you will be responsible for performing oil & filter changes, selling lubrication, safety inspection, & related services, and performing complete multi-point inspections on vehicles. You will also be required to mount, balance, rotate, repair tires, and add air as needed, as well as perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. Additionally, you will inspect hoses, belts, plugs, fuel systems, brakes, and other items, and adjust, repair, or replace parts and components including fuel system, brakes, steering and suspension, engine and drive train, emission control and exhaust, cooling and climate control, and electrical and electronic systems.
Your Capabilities and Credentials:
We are looking for a 3rd or 4th year Automotive Apprentice with traditional apprenticeship or motive power graduation. Oil change and tire experience is an asset, and basic computer skills are required. Shop or dealership experience is preferred, and you must be able to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time, and using power and hand-held equipment. A valid Ontario driver's license and a safe driving history are also required.
