Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Toronto Poly Clinic Inc.

Job Summary:

The Personal Support Worker will provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and other essential tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Assist clients with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist clients with medication administration
  • Collect specimens and perform other medical-related tasks
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to relocate
Work Environment:

The Personal Support Worker will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, community centers, and other locations. The work environment will be fast-paced, with a focus on providing high-quality care and support to clients.
