The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience.

Job Description

This role contributes to the overall efficiency of the Finance department by maintaining the general ledger and month-end close cycle. Responsibilities include overseeing costing functions, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and supervising staff in these positions. Additionally, the Controller will manage internal control and compliance with standards within the AdvanTec framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Oversee costing functions, including material and labor costs
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and receipt of funds
  • Supervise staff in accounting and AP/AR functions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies
  • Support corporate finance initiatives, including budgeting and forecasting
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a degree in accounting or business administration and relevant work experience. A recognized accounting designation is also necessary. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
