About the Role:
The Director, Clinical Operations is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the delivery of clinical services across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical operations, leadership, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve clinical operations and patient care.
- Lead a team of clinical professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with medical directors and other stakeholders to develop and implement clinical programs.
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to clinical operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Develop and manage budgets and resources to support clinical operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration or nursing.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in clinical operations or a related field.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Strong understanding of clinical operations and patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
