About the Role:
The Director, Clinical Operations is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the delivery of clinical services and operations within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical practices, and leadership skills to ensure the effective management of clinical programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve clinical operations and services
- Lead and manage a team of clinical operations staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with clinical leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate clinical operations and services to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and manage budgets and resources to support clinical operations and services
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in clinical operations or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
