Learning Content Development Specialist

The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) is a regulatory body responsible for administering the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002 and Ontario Regulation 26/05. We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Content Development Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement educational programs for registrants, leveraging technology to enhance the learning experience.
- Assess resources and investment required to maintain a high-quality, sustainable educational program.
- Collaborate with Ontario educational institutions to deliver consumer protection legislation.
- Manage exam banks, ensuring exams are current, secure, and administered fairly.
- Oversee budget and monitor education-related revenues and expenses.
- Develop and maintain education-related policies, procedures, and practices.
- Experience in a regulatory environment is desirable.
- CTDP (Certified Development & Training Professional) designation is preferred.
- Proficiency in spoken and written French is an asset.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
The successful candidate will work in a typical office setting with a hybrid work-from-home arrangement. The role may require extended periods of sitting and/or standing.
