Job Description
We are seeking a charismatic and energetic Host to join our front door team at Lone Star Texas Grill. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest who enters and exits our restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Organize reservations, walk-in guests, and server flow to maximize seating capacity.
- Engage with all guests in a friendly and helpful manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Answer phone calls to handle guest inquiries and provide information.
- Collaborate with the service team to resolve any issues or concerns.
Requirements
- Ability to remain physically active and busy throughout your shift.
- Previous service experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift items up to 30lbs.
