Job Opportunity for Territory Sales Representative

We are partnering with a leading manufacturer of building materials and EPS insulation products to find a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative for the British Columbia region.


Job Summary:

This is a results-driven position that demands a strong self-motivated individual with a focus on relationships and a proven track record in outside sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales opportunities with existing clients and building new relationships with new customers throughout the British Columbia and US region.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue in the designated territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other sales initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals

Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in an outside sales position, preferably in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and its products
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Comfortable with cold-calling and possesses a balanced miner/hunter sales mentality
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and a strong desire to work in the insulation industry
  • High School Diploma required; College diploma or post-graduate certificate in industry-relevant program a plus

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $75-$90K per year, plus sales bonus paid monthly, car allowance, benefits, vacation, and more.
