About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Baking
    • Prepare dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders
    • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection
  • Quality Control and Maintenance
    • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure high standards
    • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent waste and optimize sales
  • Customer Service and Training
    • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
    • Prepare special orders and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
