We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing desserts that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough and batters for a variety of sweet goods, including cakes, pastries, and cookies.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure high-quality products.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Operate machinery and equipment to prepare and decorate desserts.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and merchandising team to promote our baked goods.
  • Prepare special orders and desserts for customers with dietary restrictions.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or pastry environment.
