Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly and that staff are adequately covered.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to meet the demands of the role.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the management of inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available and that stock levels are maintained.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and customer service, ensuring that all food and service meet our quality control standards.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including inventory management, staff performance, and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
