We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Designer to join our team at itec group, Inc. as a key member of our design team.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custom automation equipment and a mastery of SolidWorks. As a Senior Mechanical Designer, you will play a key role in designing innovative automated systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the highest level of precision and quality.
Responsibilities:- Design and develop custom automation equipment for various industries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and designs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in mechanical design, specifically in custom automation equipment
- Proficiency in SolidWorks
- Experience in automation for specific industries such as automotive, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, or packaging
- Knowledge of PLCs, robotics, or electrical design
