Electrical Maintenance Specialist

At Mondelēz International, we're seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of electrical maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve electrical system issues, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in electrical systems, including A-B/Siemens/Omron PLC and control systems, VFD, and Servo systems.
  • Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel on electrical systems and procedures.
  • Participate in daily management systems meetings to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in electrical maintenance and control automation.
  • Industrial Electrician License (442A/309A) and technical skilled trade schooling or diploma in electrical and/or automation.
  • Experience working on A-B/Siemens/Omron PLC and control systems, VFD, and Servo systems.
  • Strong knowledge of TPM principles and experience with AM-Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 systems and Progressive Maintenance Step 3.
