About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Mondelēz International. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with line leaders to deliver Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Morale targets for the lines.
  • Own the technology and process for the equipment and have deep technical mastery of the process and equipment.
  • Develop, own, and execute the line's preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans.
  • Build technical and maintenance skills of the technicians working in the shifts.
  • Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks.
  • Represent the department/line as the site technology owner in regional and global technology forums.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge and skill to maintain dedicated equipment at basic conditions independently.
  • Capability to lead a role for the line and qualify and coach the next level SWP owners.
  • Capability to work as the Line Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line.
  • Initiate action and follow-up on all safety concerns raised by employees.
  • Ensure clear understanding of all safety rules and regulations.
  • Follow and administer Quality Policies and Procedures.
  • Actively participate and support all safety initiatives within the manufacturing location.
