Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
Work Environment:
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide exceptional customer service and food quality. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment.
