Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Hire food service staff
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish work schedules
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming work environment for our employees and customers.
Requirements:- Safe Food Handling certificate
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
