Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

Kenora Pizza LTD is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for management.
  • Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
