Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Monitor and control inventory, labor costs, and cash handling to optimize profitability.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve performance and retention.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
