Anglian Home Improvements offers an exciting opportunity for a Window Installation and Training Specialist to join their team.

This role combines hands-on experience with the installation of windows and doors in residential properties, alongside comprehensive training and apprenticeship qualification. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, working on various projects and developing valuable skills in construction and trade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist experienced installers in removing and fitting windows and doors
  • Liaise with local depot and warehouse teams to ensure efficient stock management and lead times
  • Participate in off-the-job training and study sessions to develop knowledge and skills in window installation, health and safety, and record keeping
  • Work on-site at customers' premises, ensuring high-quality installations and excellent customer service
  • Develop accurate and organized record-keeping skills, documenting work completed and any relevant issues or concerns

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Numeracy and literacy skills, minimum GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
  • Able to commit to studying for the Installer qualification and participating in off-the-job training opportunities
  • Ability to remain focused and calm under pressure, with strong observation and information-gathering skills
  • Regular reviews with your line manager to discuss progress, set personal development goals, and access training opportunities

  • An estimated salary range of £19,000 - £25,000 per annum
