Anglian Home Improvements is seeking a skilled Window Installation Apprentice to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in construction or looking to learn a trade.

This role involves studying and completing the relevant apprenticeship qualification, with a minimum of 6 hours dedicated to off-the-job training and study.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the installation team in removing and fitting windows and doors in residential properties.
  • Liaise with the local depot and warehouse to check lead times and collect stock.
  • Participate in off-the-job learning and study to develop skills and knowledge.
  • Work on site at customers' premises, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Numeracy and literacy skills, with a minimum of GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Ability and willingness to study for the Installer qualification, including off-the-job training opportunities.
  • Accurate and organized record-keeping skills.
  • Good observation and information-gathering skills, with the ability to identify and gather relevant evidence.
