Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Ontario Inc. o/a Tim Hortons Dresden. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
