Job Description

The Regional Admininstrator role at Mainstreet Equity Corporation requires an individual with strong administrative experience in residential property management or similar settings.

This is a full-time permanent position located in Calgary, AB, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, time management, and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage capital renovation projects, including budget creation and contractor assignment.
  • Collaborate with regional managers to ensure timely completion of turnover inspections and maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinate with various teams, including plumbers, electricians, and remediation specialists, to schedule work orders and maintain inventory.
  • Process expense forms, mileage submissions, and purchase orders for contractors and vendors.
  • Implement streamlined workplace processes, such as electronic submission of LOA and overtime requests.
  • Approve operations purchase orders and perform daily P2P corrections to avoid delays in vendor payments.
  • Track inventory levels and submit reports to the warehouse team.

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience in residential property management or a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations and adapt to multiple tasks with conflicting priorities.
  • Above-average problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF A SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
