Elementary and Secondary Counsellor Role

We are seeking a qualified Counsellor-Continuing to join our team at School District #39 (Vancouver). As a Counsellor-Continuing, you will provide support to students in elementary and secondary schools, helping them navigate academic and personal challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counselling services to students
  • Develop and implement counselling programs to promote student well-being
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support student success
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in counselling and education

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Counselling or related field
  • BC Teaching Certificate or equivalent
  • Experience working with students in elementary and secondary schools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
