Project Coordinator Role

NorLand Limited, a leading provider of construction services, is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Duncan, BC. As a key member of our project execution team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers and superintendents with daily office and site duties, including coordination, allocation, and dispatch of site construction crews and equipment.
  • Support project execution teams in providing required field crewing to match project demands.
  • Participate in morning safety meetings, weekly and monthly site inspections, and ensure site safety measures meet or exceed corporate safety manual parameters.
  • Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, logs, and inspection reports.
  • Coordinate rental equipment, manage contracts, and administer change management.
  • Effectively communicate project information to clients and project teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in engineering, engineering technology, or construction management with 0-3 years of construction industry experience.
  • Confident communicator with proficient MS Office skills and AutoCAD skills preferred.
  • Good work ethic and willingness to learn.

Compensation:

The typical salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 annually, with exact compensation based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, internal equity, and other criteria.
