Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at JUST RITE TRUCK SERVICE (2000) LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership
    • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel
    • Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure optimal vehicle performance
  • Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance personnel
    • Ensure that all maintenance activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Quality Control
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained
    • Identify and address any quality control issues
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with maintenance personnel, management, and other stakeholders
    • Provide regular updates on maintenance activities and progress
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role
  • Skills
    • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
