Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at JUST RITE TRUCK SERVICE (2000) LTD.

Job Summary:

The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, resolving work problems, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects and activities
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintained
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
