About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant - Coordinator to join our team at WATTZ ELECTRIC. As an Office Administrative Assistant - Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Seminars and Conferences

Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support the goals of our organization.

Supporting Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures

Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Coordinating HR Activities

Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.

Information Flow and Daily Operations

Coordinate the flow of information within the team and direct and control daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Staff Management and Motivation

Direct staff, evaluate daily operations, and motivate staff to achieve their best performance.

Record Keeping and Filing

Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.

Support for Newcomers and Refugees

Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition and offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
