As a Brewery Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading improvement initiatives related to Brewing departmental Key Performance Indicators to ensure targets are met. You'll identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs, or enhance quality, conduct and assist in quality testing and assessments to ensure compliance with standards, and provide guidance and support to the brewery network, brewing personnel, and department heads.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or science, 2+ years of experience in an industrial setting, Associate Membership Exam from the Institute and Guild of Brewing (or equivalent), strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills, and team orientation, strong computer skills, technical and problem-solving skills, ability to extract, evaluate, and utilize data for process improvement from applicable systems, results-oriented with the ability to provide strategic direction, understanding of the complete brewing process with state-of-the-art knowledge of specific areas of expertise, and strong knowledge of quality, environment, and safety standards and regulations.
