Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join our team at CEC Personnel Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of workers, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and Supervise Work Activities: Oversee the daily activities of workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules to meet production demands.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Generate and submit reports on production progress, safety incidents, and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensure Safety and Quality: Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Specialized Skills: Valid driver's license, own vehicle, and specialized environmental skills and knowledge.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Noisy, dusty, hot, and wet/damp conditions.
  • Work Setting: On-site customer service, cleaning service company, and industrial plant.
