About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned executive to leverage their expertise in management consulting and technology to drive business growth and digital transformation. You will work closely with our executive stakeholders to understand business needs, develop strategic plans, and align technology requirements with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance on technology investments and vendor relationships to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop business cases and feasibility studies to support strategic initiatives and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Liaise with senior leaders to understand business vision, objectives, and key performance indicators, and ensure that technology solutions meet these requirements.
  • Drive innovation through observation of common customer problems and identification of emerging customer needs and pain points.
  • Network with industry contacts to gather competitive insights and best practices.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Typically 9+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Business Analysis Accreditation is an asset.
  • Knowledge of software development practice, concepts/methodologies (i.e. waterfall, Agile, iterative), and technologies obtained through formal training and/or work experience.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide data-driven recommendations.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
