Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at MAC. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example to inspire the sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Assist with cash handling and reconciliation, as well as opening and closing the store on a rotational basis.
  • Use your coaching and mentoring skills to develop and support the sales team in achieving sales and customer service targets.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with retail trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements

  • Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience with cash handling and reconciliation, as well as opening and closing the store.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
  • Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country.
