About the Role

Axiom is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Lawyer to join our team as a key member of our corporate litigation practice. As a Litigation Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to our clients in a variety of commercial and corporate litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex legal conflicts and provide strategic advice to clients on how to navigate and resolve these disputes.
  • Manage and coordinate litigation efforts, including working with outside counsel and in-house teams to achieve optimal results.
  • Partner with clients to provide guidance and support on various corporate policies and litigation matters, ensuring that their interests are protected and advanced.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience in commercial and/or consumer litigation in an in-house corporate environment.
  • The ability to work remotely full-time for corporate clients on a contract basis, helping to resolve in-house litigation matters.
  • Admission to the bar in the province in which you reside.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with database management of litigation materials and documents.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle a heavy workload and meet deadlines.
  • Sophisticated legal writing skills, legal research experience, and the ability to deliver complex analysis and recommendations.
