Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service and food quality.
- Food Preparation and Presentation: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all food meets our high quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
