Food Service Supervisor

At Twice the Deal Pizza, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent food quality and service.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
